Follow main's ProjectTrail shape in trail list --mine

main replaced ProjectTrail's updatedAt with phase and lastActivityAt, so --mine items fill those instead of carrying their own, and stay the same shape as plain trail list items. The feed's metadata_updated_at still breaks ties between copies of one trail, without being printed.
