feat: Paper to Portfolio - trace old share certificates with local Gemma

Gemma reads the certificate photo and extracts corporate actions from pasted filings, quoting its evidence. Plain Python verifies every quote against the source text and does all share arithmetic. Includes fictional sample data, unit tests and a GitHub Actions workflow.
