I installed the agent-desktop skill into this repo as a project skill. It's in .claude/skills/agent-desktop/, with SKILL.md and its four reference files. The skill now shows up in the available skills list.

  • How: I ran the documented installer, npx skills add https://github.com/vercel-labs/agent-desktop --skill agent-desktop -a claude-code --copy. The agent-desktop npm package has no install command of its own. The skills are compiled into the binary, so the installer fetched this one from the vercel-labs/agent-desktop GitHub repo.
  • --copy: I used it so the files are real copies rather than symlinks, which are unreliable on Windows.
  • New files: git shows .claude/skills/agent-desktop/ and skills-lock.json, both untracked. The lock file records the source and a hash, so npx skills experimental_install can restore the skill in a fresh clone. I haven't committed either.
  • Security rating: the installer's check rated the skill Safe from Gen and Socket (0 alerts) and Medium Risk from Snyk. Details are at https://skills.sh/vercel-labs/agent-desktop.
  • Not installed: the Windows platform guide (agent-desktop-windows). The core skill points to agent-desktop skills get platform for it, and that command prints a copy that always matches your installed version. I can install it too if you want it available offline.
  • Existing layout: the entire skills live in both .agents/skills/ and .claude/skills/. I installed only for Claude Code, so there's no .agents/skills/agent-desktop. If other agents in Orca should see it, I can rerun with -a '*'.

Want me to commit this, with skills-lock.json included?

yes thanks

I committed the skill as e2ea506 on the auto-refresh branch. The commit has six files: SKILL.md, its four reference files, and skills-lock.json. I haven't pushed it.
