Show Entire data for workspaces on a paired Orca server

A VPS workspace lives on the paired server's runtime, so readContext gives only its repo's name, with no branch or terminals, and the worker found no match. Now it asks each paired server (orca --environment) for its repos and worktrees, matches the repo name, and reads the trail and findings with this desktop's entire --repo <origin URL> --branch <branch>. Status, checkpoints and the diff need the checkout, which the worker can't reach, so the panel says so instead of failing.
