Decide a switch read from the panel's own entry

The worker skipped a switch read when it had read the workspace in the last minute, but that read could be for another branch, whose entry replaced this one, or could have kept the panel's older entry unchanged. The panel then stayed empty, or showed Checking... for a read that never came. Now a switch reads unless the entry the panel shows is under a minute old, found with a copy of the panel's findEntry that a test keeps in step.
