Refresh the panel on workspace switches and every 5 minutes

The worker polls readContext every 5 seconds, which also keeps it alive, and reads Entire when focus moves to a workspace it hasn't read in the last minute, and every 5 minutes for the focused one. Timed and agent refreshes rewrite the panel only when Entire's data changed, since each write remounts the panel; a switch always rewrites it, and the panel shows Checking... until it does.
