Address the review of server workspaces

  • Server branches go to Entire as one argument, so check them with Git's ref rules (branchName) instead of the diff's narrower safeRef, which rejected valid names such as fix/issue+620.
  • A server workspace matches by repo name only, so a match no longer counts when another paired server failed to answer: it may hold the focused workspace under the same name. The panel says which server it couldn't ask.
