Show trails like Entire's web view, add a panel refresh, stop popup windows

The Trail section now shows the change (repo, number, branch to base, line counts), the code review verdict, a merge card with each gate's summary and approvers, and findings of every status with their text, confidence and how they were resolved. It reads trail show and trail finding list, plus git diff --shortstat against the base.

The panel's refresh button reaches the worker through Orca's audit log, and the worker keeps itself running so the button keeps working.

Every Entire call runs with ENTIRE_TELEMETRY_OPTOUT=1: Entire's detached analytics child has no console, so on Windows each git it ran opened a terminal window.
