Install Entire's agent-help and search skills for Claude Code and Codex

Added with entire agent add <agent> --agent-help-skill --search-skill. The agent-help skill points agents at entire agent-help; the search skill covers entire search --json over checkpoints and sessions. Both agents' hooks were already installed and are unchanged.
