Integrate the completed Phase 8 hardening line with the guided interface, onboarding, and deterministic demo; reconcile schema v2, mode policy, OpenCode selection, async Maker runs, and documentation. Record the Phase 9 verification matrix, hosted-demo and local smoke evidence, migration fixtures, and the archive of superseded planning/setup documents under docs/history/.
