fix: address review nits on the GitHub size preflight

  • Skip the lookup for wiki sources: the API has no repository to size.
  • Report authenticated from whichever headers the authorizer set, not only Authorization.
  • Drop the CLI flag name from the notice so it reads right for library callers too.
  • Shorten the CHANGELOG entry and the Examples paragraph; move the credential details into "Credentials and redirects".
