fix(trail): say not to rerun create when --checkout fails after creating

Like the sibling created-but errors, a failed or hook-failed switch now ends with 'do not rerun trail create', so a set -e script that sees the non-zero exit is told the trail exists. Document that --checkout also switches to an existing --branch, unlike 0.9.
