fix(trail): keep finding patches intact and strip escapes in plain output

Three deliberate changes to the plain finding output agents read:

• finding show no longer TrimSpaces a suggested patch, which dropped the leading space of a first context line and corrupted the patch.
• Server text (bodies, titles, patches, locations, ids) is sanitized of terminal control sequences; a NO_COLOR terminal printed them raw. Clean text is unchanged.
• finding show prints the finding's title when it has one.
