fix(trail): drop the title being replaced from the update notice

When --title is given, the notice names the trail by number only, since its current title is about to change. The one-line, bidi-free sanitizer moves to tuiutil.SanitizeDisplayLine, and the doc sentence moves next to the rule it explains.
