fix(trail): keep tabs and CRLF in styled patches; name every hiding filter

lipgloss converts tabs to spaces when rendering, so colored + and - lines of a tab-indented patch lost their tabs and the copied patch no longer applied. Render patch lines with tab conversion off and keep a CRLF line's carriage return outside the styled text. The hidden-open hint now names --severity as well as --freshness when both are in effect.
