fix(trail): keep the update notice to one line and print it just before the write

Sanitize the trail name, title, and change label with single-line display sanitizing plus bidi-control stripping, so server text cannot forge a further stderr line or reorder the notice. Print the notice after assignee resolution, immediately before the PATCH, so a failed preflight does not announce an update that never happens.
