test(redact): assemble AWS key fixtures at runtime

Main's lint:secretpatterns rejects inline AWS-key-shaped literals, which GitHub push protection blocks and which wedge checkpoint pushes once they reach a transcript. Same bytes, so the identifier-key cases still exercise the real values.
