fix(redact): treat secret_access_key as a credential key shape

AWS_SECRET_ACCESS_KEY=<value> below the entropy threshold was left to entropy and betterleaks; add secret_access_key to secretValueKeyShape so the key/value and JSON passes cover it. Fingerprint version 10.
