Redact an IPv6 address followed by a colon

The IPv6 candidate regex also took a colon that followed the address ("connect to fe80::1: unreachable"), so validation failed and the address stayed in the transcript. Drop a single trailing colon and validate what precedes it; a trailing "::" is part of the address.
