docs(trail): restore the selector rules' order and name their subject

The previous move put '--branch selects branch work.' in front of 'It cannot be combined with --branch', which then read as --branch conflicting with itself. Name the subject (a <repo>/<number> selector) and keep the --branch and update-notice sentences after the selector rules.
